SHIPPING

Shipping and handling charges are added to your order based on the total dollar amount of the merchandise you order and are outlined in the table below. Shipping will be UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Please be sure to inspect all items prior to signing for delivery. If items are damaged, make sure the delivery person indicates the damaged condition prior to obtaining your signature.

All items in stock will usually ship and be delivered in 5–7 business days. If an item is out of stock it may take 3-4 weeks for it to be shipped and be delivered. Please note that many of our items are custom made and may take up to 6 week for shipping and arrival. Express shipping is available on select items. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

Certain items such as large furniture pieces, which are bulky and heavy, require extra care and incur a delivery surcharge, in addition to the costs outlined above.

RETURN POLICY

Bunnies & Bears is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, or if you find that it is damaged or defective, you may return it in its original packaging and re-saleable condition for an exchange, refund or store credit within 14 days of receipt. Simply call or email us and we will provide a Return Authorization Code, which is valid for 10 business days. Once we receive your return, we will issue you your credit or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs (unless the returned item is a result of our error), and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. If we receive your return without a Return Authorization Code, after the 10 allotted business days, or the merchandised has been used, no credit will be given.

• The Return Authorization Code
• Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address
• Copy of receipt and original packing slip

Bunnies & Bears cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. This includes:

• Personalized Items
• Monogrammed Items
• Custom designed furniture
• Custom order lamps, chandeliers and custom painted light fixtures
• Special Orders
• Fabric by the yard
• Custom bedding orders
